Teresa Dukes, DTM, is the founder of Dukes Consultancy, which is a personal development consultancy specialising in solutions for personal and professional success. Teresa has over 16 years of corporate and public speaking experience and provides mentoring, speaking and motivational services to her clients.

Prior to starting Dukes Consultancy Teresa previously worked for BT plc as a Strategic Innovation Manager. She has been a member of Toastmasters International for over 12 years where she serves on the District Executive Board as CEO, representing the UK and Ireland. She is responsible for overseeing 230 speaking clubs.
