Simplicity is key!

I've worked with many clients who want to give the audience EVERYTHING! However, what they forget about is the fact the audience don't want everything. They want just enough to help solve their problem or answer their question on the topic. That means as a speaker, we absolutely must think about the audience first. What are they coming to gain from your talk? What can you narrow your topic down to in order to meet their needs.

Remember, it's not about what you want to give - it's about what they want to gain.
